Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on various factors, including destination, weight, and dimensions of the items in your order. While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, the actual cost may vary due to unforeseen factors, such as:

  • Location: Shipping to remote or less accessible areas may incur higher charges.
  • Item Weight and Size: If the actual weight and dimensions exceed initial estimates, carriers may impose higher costs.
  • Carrier Adjustments: Shipping carriers may adjust their rates, impacting the final shipping cost.

Important Note: If there is a significant change in your shipping cost, we will notify you and request additional payment if necessary. You will have the option to proceed with the revised cost or adjust your order.

When Will My Order Ship?

If all products in your order are “In Stock,” we aim to process and ship within 2-12 business days (Mon-Fri). The Transit Time depends on your location, weather, and the chosen carrier’s schedule. For backordered products, we will source them from our vendor and ship your complete order once available. If you prefer to receive available items sooner, please reach out to us.

How Will My Order Ship?

We use various carriers, including UPS or USPS for items under 150 lbs, and LTL freight carriers like R&L Carriers for items over 150 lbs. Specific carrier selection is not guaranteed. You will receive shipment details when your order ships. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update.

Receiving an LTL Freight Shipment

For items over 150 lbs, LTL freight shipment is used and requires a signature. This is a curbside delivery, meaning items are delivered to your driveway's curb. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. It is crucial to inspect the order for any damages or missing parts upon arrival. If issues are found, refuse delivery and note them with the driver. Contact us immediately to arrange a return and resolution.

Processing Time vs. Transit Time

  • Processing Time: The period required to verify your order and prepare items for shipment.
  • Transit Time: The duration it takes for the carrier to deliver your order once shipped.

Transit times vary by location, weather, and carrier availability, so exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

What is a Lift-Gate?

A lift-gate is a hydraulic platform used to lower heavy items to the ground. We recommend a lift-gate for residential areas or if unloading large items yourself is not possible. Some oversized items may require a forklift, as noted on the product page.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping can be arranged by contacting us directly via email or phone. Additional charges will apply. Note that expedited shipping affects only shipping time, not the 2-12 business day processing time.

Item Stock Status

We strive to maintain accurate stock information on our website, but availability is not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified within 5 business days. You can choose to keep the order open or cancel it. For backordered items, drop shipping directly from the vendor may be available and will be marked on the product page.

Packaging and Repacking

Our specialists may open and repack products to add protection or additional parts for safe delivery. Some products may arrive without their original packaging due to bulk vendor shipments. All products sold are brand new with full warranty coverage unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Placement: When you place an order, you acknowledge some items may not be in stock and may require 2-12 days for delivery.
  • Cancellation Period: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if not processed for shipment.
  • Cancellation After 24 Hours: Orders may be canceled after 24 hours if not shipped within 12 days from the order date.
  • Cancellation Process: Contact our customer support team at 1-888-993-9326 with your order number. We will verify the status and assist accordingly.
  • Refund Process: Eligible cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Additional time may be needed for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Typographical Errors

We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, a credit will be issued for the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
