All returns require a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (786) 249-8665 or reach out through our contact form. Our representatives will guide you through the process and provide you with an RMA number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns submitted without an RMA cannot be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Certain items, such as engines, short blocks, decks, electric parts, and carburetors, are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Please consult our customer service team for assistance before purchasing these items.
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will provide a full refund, including the shipping cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure a hassle-free correction of any errors.
If the return is initiated for reasons other than an error on our part (e.g., customer preference, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needed), the following policy applies:
Please note that items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all materials to qualify for a refund minus the restocking fee and return shipping cost.
We strive to deliver all items in perfect condition; however, if you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps to claim a refund:
Our team will review your claim. If approved, a refund for the purchase price of the damaged item and any applicable shipping fees will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes:
Federal shipping regulations prohibit returning engine-powered equipment that has been fueled or oiled. If such products encounter issues, they should be taken to an authorized service center for warranty-covered repair.
Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may be eligible for return with manufacturer approval. If approved, round-trip shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Some products may include shipping costs in the retail price.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery of a shipped order, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping costs.
Items specially built and shipped by the manufacturer are non-returnable due to their unique nature and lack of warehouse stocking.
Once an item has been installed, it cannot be returned. Issues from improper installation are the responsibility of the purchaser or installer. Warranty claims may be possible, subject to the manufacturer's discretion.
Inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you suspect damage, note "Possible Freight Damage" on the receipt. For defective products, please test within 15 days of receipt, and our customer service or the manufacturer's service department can assist with technical support.
